Niko Stratis is an award-winning culture writer based in Toronto whose work has appeared in places like Spin, Paste, Bitch, Catapult, and other now-defunct magazines. She writes a newsletter called Anxiety Shark, and co-hosts a podcast about The OC. Her debut collection of essays, The Dad Rock That Made Me a Woman, is available on May 6 through the American Music Series at the University of Texas Press. She lives in Toronto with her fiancé, their dog and two cats. Niko is a Cancer and a former smoker.
