For reasons I do not completely understand, one of Hasan Piker’s many thirst traps was displayed as part of a sizzle real meant to hype up the crowd at the Republican National Convention Midterm Convention currently taking place at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
The image was shown during the portion of the sizzle reel depicting the dangers of socialism, after footage of Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and images of people waving communist flags. The intended message is clear: Hasan Piker is a dangerous, communist threat. But I am not really sure that depicting your enemy as extremely fuckable is a wise strategy.
I have already seen this picture, which shows Piker flexing in the mirror wearing just his underwear, because I follow his Instagram where I am bombarded with such images quite regularly. The image in question was posted in November 2024–but also, this is a person whose Instagram stories frequently include a picture of his armpit. The one difference in the image as shown on Instagram and the one shown at the RNC is that, for some reason, they blurred out Piker’s underwear.
Piker, who had been watching and reacting to the convention on a livestream, said, “my hog has never been so tall.”
During this livestream Piker said that he wasn’t embarrassed by this at all because it is the best he’s looked in years.
“‘My meat pic will be shown at the Republican Convention in the midterms’ is like a joke I would come up with,” he said.
